Rally. This will include a 3 Night stay in the Host Hotel for two, Pre-registration for two participants,and VIP parking at the 2009 Mississippi State HOG Rally. This drawing will take place from all participants that Pre-register for the 2008 MS State Hog Rally during the closing ceremonies on Saturday Night, October 11, 2008.
